You need to create the bot in Slack to receive notifications.
To do so follow the steps:
1/ Go to manage apps in Slack
2/ Create new app
3/ Add incoming webhooks
4/ Select a channel where to post
5/ Copy the webhook
6/ Add your webhook in the pipeline deployment settings
